For all Manitoba 4-H events (at club, Area Council and provincial level - except Fun Fest). This updated event registration form includes photo release form, privacy and cancellation policies.

Annually, each 4-H club submits membership fees @ $50/member to the Manitoba 4-H Council (by December 31) using the Club Fee Form from the Getting Started kit or the website form. Members cannot participate in Council events if the current year's club fees are not paid. A Tax Receipt Form is also available to download for Head Leader use.

For MEMBERS, CHAPERONES and LEADERS selected for national travel opportunities by Manitoba 4-H Council. This Delegate Information Form provides the national office with information needed to book air travel, etc. (**If applicable, put "Chaperone" after your name.)
