Annually, each 4-H club submits membership fees @ $25/member to the Manitoba 4-H Council (by December 31, 2010) using the Club Fee Form from the Getting Started kit or the web site form (which includes the refund policy). Members cannot participate in Council events if the current year club fees are not paid.

For MEMBERS, CHAPERONES and LEADERS selected by Manitoba 4-H Council for national travel opportunity - note this Delegate Information Form provides the national office with information needed to book air travel etc. (** If applicable, put "Chaperone" after your name.)
